MRI Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 18th November 1999. A fully owned Bumiputera company, which involved in maritime equipment supplied such as RIB boats, Yamaha Outboard Motor (OBM), maritime navigational systems and project management.

MRI Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is registered with Ministry of Finance, Malaysia and certified local Bumiputera Status by Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
